How to Improve your IQ with the power of the night

The night our according to the dictionary is the dark part of the day when the sun cannot be seen. It is the sleep time when men of great academic excellence and celebrity (Genius) are made. It is also the sleep time when thousands of ideas run through the faculty of creative imagination of the subconscious mind for creativity. The night is one part of the 24 hour period that determines the outcome of the day. Here are ways on how to improve your IQ with the night
1. DON’T OVERSTRESS YOURSELF DURING THE DAY (CHRONIC STRESS)
Chronic stress is any activity that can injure the muscles of the body and brain which would be in form of extreme trekking, standing , exercising etc Biologically, any strenuous or stressful activity you embarked on during the day; the negative effect or pain is always felt later and early hours of the 24 hour period (i.e The night) and as a matter of fact, your ability to make good use of your IQ for 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration depends on the type of activity you underwent during the day.
The lesser the work load or strenuous activity in the day hours, the more efficient and alert you will be at night in studying. Studies have shown that chronic stress can cause your body to secrete chemicals that can destroy brain cells and reduce mental performance to working at a peak level.
2 SIESTA
Siesta is another instrument of change for mental alertness one can employ in making good use of the night for effective studies and adequate perspiration besides eliminating negative effect or pains of the body caused by extreme stress which may hinder early wakeup
Siesta means taking a short sleep or rest in the afternoon or after launch at work. According to neurobiology, it is the time for putting the body and mental chemistry into relaxation for creativity thinking, daydreaming and brainstorming; hence creating rooms for intuitive knowledge and huge retaining power of the brain memory system for creativity.
3 EAT LIGHT OR MODERATE FOOD (DIET) AT DINNER AND BREAKFAST
This is another instrument of change by which you can improve your IQ or make your mental and body chemistry more efficient and alert towards making good use of the night for studies and brainstorming. The activity level or the peak condition of your brain can be controlled by  when and what we eat.
The ability of the brain to work magnificently at its peak condition depends on good nutrition to keep its thinking clear.
4 SOFTT OR SOUND MUSIC WITH INSPIRING OVERTONE

By Definition Music is any good sound that pleases the ear. It is also a form of wave energy that is regular or periodic in nature. It is another means one can apply to boast his/her IQ and Faculty of Creative Imagination, particularly soft music with low overtone and wordings which are inspiring as well as motivating to the body and mental chemistry.
