The Undefeated - The story of a child born in an unruly world

You were a child born in an unruly world
Shed your first year on your first sight
Rugged road but you strived on
It gets better he said.

Unstable home,parents fighting unseen war
Loneliness became his best friend
Lost in his own path ,he wallowed away
It gets better he said

His life bullies were top notch
Molested as a child,he saw sex as brutality
Family a total waste of emotions
All he wanted was a LIFE
Does it get better? He wondered.

Everyone was too busy to notice the hurting heart
Love eluded him
He was his comfort
The will to be a person was his
So he bottled up his pent-up frustration and threw it to the sea.
My best days are about to begin
It gets better he said.

Drumming into his new life
Trouble was his assailant,It found him everywhere
His earnings a dime's worth,living was hard
A fact of life.
Fighting to be the best, yet his worst found him
He fought ruthlessly but not bravely
His heart is scarred
Slowly he began to drown
A lost ball in the weeds
Hoping for a rescue his mind went blank.

At his six and seven
He found a beauty
She picked him up and dried him in love
My impetuousness!
Could this be a steal?
She was everything he never had
Love which has beguile him is here
His American dream came through after all.
